Raise a ticket or chat and provide your last purchase order number and the information you need us to update, and then we’ll provide that to finance, so they can update our system. The more information included in the request the easier it is to resolve on our side. If you have made a legal change to your company structure etc ensure you include evidence necessary for us to verify.
